SKIPPER'S ACCIDENT INSURANCE
In accordance with AUB (General Accident Insurance Conditions) 1988 and the specific terms of YACHT-POOL.
Upon request, skipper´s accident insurance may be limited to the skipper him/herself.

Consider that over your personal accident insurence many cases are not covered, that normaly automatically the complete crew is insured and that high rescue-costs may arise!

CHARTER-CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In accordance with YACHT POOL'S specific terms for charter-cancellation insurance. The skipper and all crew members are covered by the insurance. Charter-cancellation insurance takes effect upon our receipt of the application. (This differs from the other types of insurance, whose time of inception is given below.) The coverage amount to be entered is the total cost of the trip (charter fee + air travel etc.). No payment with previous illness.

Regardless of the covered amount, the minimum premium is € 40. Premium quotes for coverage amounts over € 10,000 are available upon request.

PPAYMENT
To effect our insurance you have to pay in advance. After we have received this application form you will get a bill. We ask you to remit the sum indicated as fast as possible, for getting insurance cover.
The insurance year lasts 12 months after insurance inception. Exceptions: charter-cancellation insurance and weather-forecasting service, which terminate with the end of the boat trip or at some other agreed date. Insurance contracts don´t renew automatically.
